HorizonLine is a resource for guiding new InnerCHANGE team leaders pioneering new teams in new locations through the initial phases and seasons that lead to making transformational disciples of Jesus.

These phases are likened to the process of sending out workers to access, cultivate, plant and harvest a field. The Horizons Team focuses primarily on the early stages of this process in their coaching of new team leaders, therefore HorizonLine is weighted toward providing resources that will enable these team leaders to lay foundations for fruitful labor with their teams over the long-haul.
